					<description>Yes, I love the idea of over-delivering. I think this is what BMW have done. They went beyond what was expected of them and delighted their customers. This in turn breeds loyalty and repeat sales. It is much easier to sell to an existing customer than to get a new one.</description>

I wish more business owners would get the fact that helping your current clients is where your get the most leverage for your efforts. And it's not just marketing your own products or services either. A highly successful business owner will help their clients even if the best solution is to refer them to another provider. Instead of losing a client that way (as most business owners think,) -- those clients actually become more loyal and evangilistic about you and your business.</description>
