					<description>The 1st point you make about the safeguarding intellectual property is why Alexander Graham Bell was able to take credit for the invention of the telephone.  He sent someone the schematics and because the individual had the original envelope with the date - that was proved he was the original "thinker."  However, I have received mail without the date stamp - so I would suggest that anyone doing what is suggested in your blog also have a confirmation of delivery or something else that shows the date, because the postmark date is not always readable or there.
